Normal delivery time and processing time

According to the supply, orders processed before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday (except holidays) will be delivered within 48 to 72 working days (depending on the supply). No orders will be processed on weekends or holidays. To protect you, we insure all goods.

We deliver

We ship to 45 of the 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Where we do not ship (these states have issued bans on the import of cigars/and/or pipe tobacco):

Products shipped to California - Please note that we comply with California Senate Bill 39, which requires all tobacco shipments to be signed by an adult, and we must call after 5pm to confirm the placement of any tobacco orders.

All tobacco products are shipped by UPS and require adult signature. All other non tobacco related items will be shipped by USPS or UPS (depending on weight)

All orders placed and/or shipped outside of Missouri are exempt from sales tax. Customers who purchase products from this website are responsible for submitting and claiming all taxes from various states.

Free Super Saver Shipping is delivered by the way we choose, and it will be delivered 7 to 10 days after the order is placed.

For fraud prevention purposes, we only allow first time customers to ship to their current billing address. Returned customers who have previously ordered with matching billing and transportation information can place orders to unmatched delivery addresses. If you have any questions or concerns about this matter, please feel free to contact us.

If the price or quantity listed on the website is incorrect, we may reject or cancel any order for the goods according to our terms and conditions. Or, if you want to return the product for credit, we will provide you with a return label.
Order address error

Our system for creating transport labels is automated. If the address is wrong when placing an order online, the package will not be delivered and will be returned to us. If the customer decides to re deliver the package to the addressable address, the applicable freight will be charged again. If the customer decides not to ship again, the order will be restocked, and the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price of the goods, less the freight and 10% of the purchase fee.


If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product (such as process and flavor), notify us within 5 days after receiving it. When returned to us, we will issue the L/C after deducting the original freight. Only cigars with original cellophane sleeves, tubes and other independent packages (such as cedar strips, coffins, etc.) intact can be returned. We must receive the returned products within 14 working days after the notification, so as to send the credit back to the customer. The cost of shipping back to us shall be borne by the customer. Return postage will not be refunded or provided.

Other return information

If you want to return any part of the order, please obtain the RMA (Return Authorization) instructions. Please let us know the description of the problem.

Even if we provide free delivery service, we do need to deliver goods for you. When you apply for a credit limit, it will deduct the cost of shipping the goods to you.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, please contact us for a valid RMA number. Then, just return the unused and original items you don't want within 30 days after confirming the delivery of the package, and we will refund the purchase price. Unless the return is due to our error, the freight will not be refunded. If the goods are returned in the original, undamaged and unused state, no return fee will be charged. A return fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be charged for damaged goods, missing or damaged packaging, or missing parts. If there is no valid RMA number, returns will not be accepted.

Goods shall be returned prepaid, insured and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. Returned packages will be processed within 3 working days and customers will be contacted.


If the order you received is damaged, please keep all the original packaging and contents, and contact us immediately, no later than 3 working days from the date of confirmation of delivery. All damage claims must be reported within 3 working days after confirmation of delivery to ensure that your claim can be processed and approved by the carrier. Reporting damage more than 3 working days after confirming delivery may result in your claim being rejected by the carrier.
